CITY OF SCOTTSDALE: Face covering order will be extended

City of Scottsdale issued the following announcement on Aug. 18

Mayor Lane intends to extend the emergency proclamation requiring face coverings in most public places in Scottsdale beyond its current Aug. 20 expiration date in continued support of state and federal public health guidance.

The order will be extended without a set expiration date; the mayor will continue regular review of public health data and recommendations, and will adjust the city's emergency orders accordingly.
