The city of Scottsdale, in collaboration with Experience Scottsdale, is promoting a series of events under the banner "Scottsdale Super Season." This initiative highlights various cultural and sporting events scheduled through March. Among these are Western Week, the WM Phoenix Open, Super Bowl LVII activities, and Spring Training. More information can be found at ScottsdaleSuperSeason.com.

Western Week takes place from January 29 to February 5 and features cultural events such as the Parada del Sol Parade and Arizona Indian Festival in Old Town Scottsdale. The WM Phoenix Open will run from February 6 to 12 at TPC Scottsdale, accompanied by the Birds Nest Music Festival each night. From February 8 to 12, Main Street in Historic Old Town will host ESPN's Main Street Tailgate as part of pre-game coverage for Super Bowl LVII. Spring Training begins on February 25 and concludes on March 28 at Scottsdale Stadium.

The Scottsdale Video Network is accessible via Cox Cable channel 11, live streaming services, and platforms like Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, mobile phones, and laptops through the LocalBTV app. Further details are available at LocalBTV.com.

Public meetings' schedules may change or be canceled; updates are provided on ScottsdaleAZ.gov.

Regular programming includes educational segments like "Desert Gardening with Carol Stuttard," which offers advice on vegetable gardening. "Grow Strong & Healthy Trees in the Desert" airs weekly with guidance on planting desert trees. The award-winning series "Legends of Airpower" profiles influential figures in American aviation history.

Other programs include "Lessons in Loyalty," recounting an internment camp experience; the annual MLK Celebration featuring Dr. Benjamin Chavis; and "Neighborhood College," providing leadership resources for community members.

Documentaries such as "One Short Ride," produced by Arizona Game and Fish Department; "Operation Glen Canyon," detailing dam construction history; and crime stories from the files of the Scottsdale Police Department are also featured.

Additionally, Mayor David D. Ortega delivered his State of the City Address during an event hosted by the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce on January 18 at The Fieldhouse at Scottsdale Stadium.

Finally, "Veterans AZ" celebrates veterans' contributions across Arizona through discussions available both as videos and podcasts.
