We recently had a faulty signal from our alarm to your dispatch. We did not hear the horn because it was a silent indication. Two of your wonderful officers (Treglown and Satterlee) came out to our house at 1:45 a.m. to check on our well-being. They were determined and yet so kind and understanding. My husband is nearly deaf but they were able to communicate clearly their needs and their desire to check up on us. Please commend these officers - we are so grateful to live in a city that truly cares about its residents.
