Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, Arizona, is marking its 25th anniversary with the arrival of several retailers making their Arizona debut. Among these newcomers are Aritzia, Mejuri, Paradise Grills, and La La Land Kind Café, joining Saatva Luxury Mattress, which opened in February.

Aritzia, known for its in-house brands and contemporary fashion, will welcome customers this fall. La La Land Kind Café, a café focused on kindness and supporting foster youths, will join Scottsdale's coffee scene later this year. Mejuri, offering minimalist fine jewelry, will begin operations this summer. Paradise Grills is also expected to arrive this year, bringing luxury outdoor kitchen products.

The leasing activity adds to recent openings by Wilson Sporting Goods, Malbon Golf, and Rivian in 2024 at the center. Kierland Commons has become a preferred location for innovative retailers, with these brands choosing it as their entry point into Arizona.

Kierland Commons, part of the Macerich portfolio, celebrates its growth in 2025. It was Arizona's first lifestyle center to combine retail, dining, office, and residential spaces in a walkable design, maintaining a community-focused atmosphere.
