Cox Business has partnered with RingCentral to introduce new unified communications solutions, enhancing their offerings with AI-powered voice, chat, video, and contact center capabilities. This collaboration aims to integrate Cox’s high-speed connectivity with RingCentral’s business communications platform.

Mark Greatrex, President of Cox Communications, emphasized the importance of evolving product portfolios for better business outcomes. The newly launched Cox Business Connect with RingCentral utilizes RingCentral's flagship platform RingEX. It offers a cloud communications platform providing HD video and audio calls, chat, SMS, and fax in one application. The solution includes AI-driven features like meeting transcriptions and highlights.

Later this year, Cox Business will debut its Contact Center solution powered by RingCX from RingCentral. This AI-first contact center will simplify the setup and operation of contact centers with omnichannel capabilities across more than 20 digital channels.
