Old Town Scottsdale is inviting the community to participate in its Shop Scottsdale Saturday event, taking place on November 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. This initiative encourages shopping at local businesses during the holiday season.

The area boasts a vibrant small business community with many locally owned boutiques, galleries, and retailers. These are located within walking distance throughout the 5th Avenue Shopping District, Arts District, and Historic Old Town.

During Saturday's event, attendees can enjoy complimentary professional gift-wrapping services provided by AZ Gift Wrapping. Additionally, a free reusable tote bag will be offered with purchases. Entertainment will be provided by the Jingle Belles, a singing and dancing trio.

Kimberly Pak, owner of Merchantile Market, praised the city's support for small businesses: "The city has been incredible in its support for small businesses. They actively promote our business by including us in a variety of marketing opportunities, both large and small. Additionally, they have supported our events and consistently go above and beyond to help us thrive within the community."

Shoppers who present a receipt from Shop Scottsdale can receive a free tote bag at pop-up tents located at Brown Avenue and Main Street or 5th Avenue and Marshall Way. The gift-wrapping station will be set up at the tent on 5th Avenue and Marshall Way, with patrons limited to one free gift wrapping each.

Scottsdale’s 5th Avenue Shopping District is situated on the north side of Indian School Road between 68th Street and Scottsdale Road.

This event is part of Scottsdazzle, the city's monthlong holiday celebration.
