The remodel of the Via Linda District lobby is now complete, and the area is back open to the community seeking services from the police department. The work started in September 2023 to create a ceiling for the lobby, which allowed for an all-new space for the Real Time Crime Center on the second floor. Except for holidays, lobby hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for walk-ins and appointments.

The Scottsdale Police Department can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling 480-312-5000 for non-emergencies or 911 for emergencies.

The Scottsdale Police Department no longer accepts prescription drug drop-offs at district stations. Individuals wanting to dispose of expired or excess prescription drugs can visit rxdrugdropbox.org. This site is hosted by the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators and maintains a searchable database of prescription drug drop-off locations.
