Moms for Liberty has endorsed Stacey Goodman in her race for a seat on the Cave Creek Unified School District (CCUSD) Governing Board. Early voting is currently underway for the November 5 general election.

Patrick Brenner, founder, and president of the Southwest Public Policy Institute (SPPI), said that Mesa Public School had resistance and litigation over their use of the Carlson balancing test to deny records and that it is concerning for broad authority and impact on transparency.
