The International School of Arizona (ISA), located in North Scottsdale, has once again been recognized as the #1 Favorite Private School and Preschool by residents in Scottsdale's Independent Newspaper. Additionally, Ms. Diana Ramirez from ISA was voted as the Favorite Community Teacher. This is the second consecutive year that ISA has received these accolades, having also won in 2023.
ISA, a private nonprofit school founded 26 years ago, provides a culturally inclusive curriculum with language immersion programs in French and Spanish. These programs begin at 18 months of age and continue through the 8th grade. The school maintains a small student body of 379 students across three educational levels: Early Childhood (PK1-PK4), Lower School (Kindergarten – 5th grade), and Middle School (6th – 8th grade). Class sizes are kept small with instruction from native-speaking teachers hailing from Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and France.
The school's programs have received accreditation from the French Ministry of Education, the Cervantes Institute, the International Spanish Academy by the Spanish Government, and Cognia. ISA is currently accepting applications for Fall 2025.
