Randy Nussbaum has joined The Cavanagh Law Firm as an equity partner, effective January 1, 2025. With over forty years of experience in handling complex bankruptcy protection cases among other legal matters, Nussbaum holds certifications from both the Arizona Board of Specialization - Bankruptcy Law (1997) and the American Board of Certification – Business Bankruptcy Law (2005). His expertise spans various sectors including real estate, construction, manufacturing, trucking, asset-based lending, and more.
