The latest episode of Veterans AZ presents an interview with Margy Bons, the founder of Military Assistance Mission (MAM), a nonprofit organization in Arizona. MAM is dedicated to supporting military service members and their families. Margy established the organization in memory of her son, Marine Corps Sgt. Michael Adam Marzano, who lost his life during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

MAM aims to offer financial assistance and morale programs for active duty, guard, and reserve military service members in Arizona. Annually, around 2,500 military members and their families benefit from MAM's initiatives such as Operation Holiday Giving, Seats for Soldiers, and Baby Bundle Bash. Additional information about Military Assistance Mission can be found at AZMAM.org.

Veterans AZ is a video series sharing stories of Arizona veterans while highlighting organizations and programs that serve them in the Valley of the Sun. Produced by the City of Scottsdale as part of the Scottsdale Veterans Advisory Commission's efforts, it seeks to enhance communication and awareness about veterans' achievements and the services available to them. The program features news and information relevant to veterans across Arizona.

Veterans AZ episodes are also accessible through popular podcast apps.
