Scottsdale Water hosted a group of local breweries on a tour of the Water Campus and its Direct Potable Reuse (DPR) system.
Scottsdale's DPR system is the only permitted facility in the state to allow for reclaimed water to be ultra-purified for reuse.
Scottsdale Water plans to launch the One Water Brewing Showcase this Fall with select breweries using DPR water to create a one-of-a-kind beer.
