Cox Communications is offering $50,000 in scholarship funding to support diverse high school seniors in Arizona. Ten students will each receive a $5,000 Cox Diversity Scholarship, an increase from the previous year's $3,500 per student. Applications are due by April 1.

The company has a history of supporting educational initiatives and aims to assist future leaders with diverse cultural backgrounds. Since 2014, over $500,000 in diversity scholarships have been awarded in the West region.

Susan Anable, Cox Phoenix Market Vice President, stated: "At Cox, inclusion, diversity, and equity aren’t just values—we live them through our actions. We are honored to invest in Arizona students with diverse backgrounds, helping them pursue their dreams and build brighter futures."

Eligible applicants must be high school seniors graduating with at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrate leadership and community service. Last year’s recipient Marisol Cortes expressed gratitude for the financial stability provided by the scholarship as she pursued a Computer Science major at ASU.

Interested students can apply via the Arizona Foundation's website using the general application form.

Cox Communications is dedicated to fostering human connections through technology as America's largest private broadband company. The company operates networks across more than 30 states and impacts Arizona's economy significantly while engaging employees in community service activities.
