The city is updating the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan and sections of the Zoning Ordinance related to the downtown area. Draft amendments, developed from public, Planning Commission, and City Council input, are ready for review and feedback.

Residents can register for one of six public open house sessions on January 10 and January 12. To participate in the update process or review draft amendments, visit ScottsdaleAZ.gov and search "Old Town Updates."

As updates progress through public participation and hearings, more events will be scheduled, and draft content will be available for review. Residents are encouraged to stay engaged using the Old Town Updates webpage.
