Maricopa County Elections will employ a phased approach to open 224 voting centers by Election Day, starting with its first openings on Wednesday, July 3. This strategy aims to enhance the reliability of in-person voting operations and significantly expand voter access.
The website Locations.Maricopa.Vote features an interactive map showing voters their closest location, along with wait times and hours. Wait times are updated every 15 minutes to provide voters with the latest information.
Important election dates include:
- This week: Candidate Information Pamphlet mailed
- July 1: Voter registration deadline
- July 19: Last day to request an early ballot
- July 23: Last day to mail back your ballot
- July 30: Election Day

ScottsdaleAZ.gov will launch a new city website on Monday, July 1. The update includes mobile-responsive design, enhanced search functionality, improved accessibility, action-oriented organization, and an intent-based user interface. Some bookmarks may need updating, and Google searches might take time to reflect the new site.
Feedback is sought on draft amendments to the Old Town Scottsdale Urban Design & Architectural Guidelines. Open houses for public review and comments will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10; and from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, July 11 at the Community Design Studio.
