The first phase of a new website has been launched, aiming to provide users with a more accessible, secure, and easy-to-navigate experience. The rollout will continue throughout the year.

During this transition period, some content has not yet migrated to the new site. Users may occasionally be directed back to the legacy site for another month as this process is completed. Additionally, there may be broken links; users are encouraged to explore the website and familiarize themselves with its features.

The new website includes several navigation tools designed for efficiency:

- **Mega Menus**: Organized into five categories—City Services, Your City, Community Programs, Get Involved, and Explore and Enjoy—these menus aim to help users find information quickly.

- **Standard Site Search**: A search bar allows users to sort results by webpages, news & events, and documents. This feature will be continuously refined.

- **"I Want To" Navigation**: Intent-based navigation at the top of each page helps users perform specific actions directly.

Feedback from users is requested via the "Report a Website Problem" form to help improve the site further.

A spokesperson stated: "Thank you for your patience and support as we work to create a better online experience for you. We encourage you to explore the new features and get to know our new website!"
