The 7 Scottsdale City Council candidates in the August 2nd election will appear in person for a second forum sponsored by DC Ranch, the Scottsdale Progress, and the Scottsdale Chamber. The public is invited to attend the forum in North Scottsdale. Hear the candidates' views on issues of local importance, and submit a question you would like the candidates to answer. Submit your question to info@scottsdalechamber.com no later than July 15th for consideration. Candidates will not see the questions prior to the event. The event is free to attend live and will be available to watch the next day at scottsdalechamber.com. The first Forum is also available on the Chamber's website. The candidates running for three seats on the seven member council are incumbents Kathy Littlefield and Solange Whitehead, and newcomers Pamela Carter, Barry Graham, Daniel Ishac, Tim Stratton, and Raoul Zubia. The Scottsdale Progress will continue to publish the candidates' answers to its questionnaire in print and online at scottsdale.org.
