Western State Bank has announced it will move its Scottsdale branch to a new location on East Shea Boulevard. The relocation is set for early November, with the new branch at 6929 East Shea Boulevard opening on November 3. The current branch at 7001 North Scottsdale Road will close at that time.

The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new location on November 13. Grand opening events are planned from November 17 through November 21.

The bank states that the new branch is situated near various local businesses, health clubs, restaurants, and retailers. The facility will offer a drive-up window, ATM, night deposit box, and safe deposit boxes.

All staff from the existing Scottsdale branch will move to the new site, and customer accounts will not be affected by the transition.

Ivy Moore, Vice President and Retail Banking Manager at Western State Bank, said: “Our new Scottsdale location will have the same faces, hometown service and banking options that customers currently enjoy. We look forward to serving them at the new Scottdale location in November.”

Western State Bank was founded in 1902 and is employee-owned. The bank reports assets of over $2 billion and provides full banking services including investments, mortgage financing for personal and business customers, as well as nationwide equipment financing services. Western State Bank operates branches in several North Dakota cities—West Fargo, Fargo, and Devils Lake—and in Arizona communities such as Casa Grande, Chandler, Deer Valley, Mesa, Scottsdale, Sun City, and Sun City West.
