Mr. Gossett and the 6th graders at Laguna Elementary School are creating compost magic! Every Friday during lunch, they collect food scraps and add them to the 5-bay compost system he built behind the school. The most they've collected in one session is a whopping 12 gallons of produce that would have gone to waste.
