Coronado High School SUSD issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
The Parent Teacher Association of Scottsdale was organized in 1917 “by a group of women who had the good of the community and the welfare of the child at heart.” Its first president was Mrs. Frank Last. A former teacher seen here in 1910 on the opening day of the Little Red School House.
She is in the second row on the left.
