Scottsdale officials have announced several road closures and the activation of emergency alerts ahead of the WM Phoenix Open, scheduled from February 2 to February 8 at the Tournament Players Club. The city expects large crowds, similar to previous years.

The street closures, which mirror those implemented in 2025, are intended to help manage traffic and reduce congestion on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard. The following roads will be closed:

– Greenway Hayden Loop from Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. to Princess Drive/Pima Road, January 31 through February 9
– Bell Road from Greenway Hayden Loop to 82nd Street, January 31 through February 9
– 82nd Street from Bell Road to Princess Drive/Pima Road, February 1 through February 9

To keep attendees informed about event-specific updates, the Scottsdale Police Department is activating the RAVE emergency alert system. Those interested can subscribe by texting GOLF26 to 67283.

Organizers plan to reopen streets as soon as equipment is cleared after the tournament ends on February 8. All affected streets are expected to be open by February 12.
