Scottsdale Airport is set to host its fourth annual open-air movie night this fall, offering a screening of the holiday film “Home Alone.” The event, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 8, is free to attend and organized by Volanti Restaurant and Lounge with assistance from airport partners Atlantic Aviation, Jet Aviation, and Signature Aviation.

Aviation Director Rick Wielebski commented on the event’s return: “The community has asked for more movie nights, and we’re excited to bring them back. By partnering with our airport tenants, we’re able to create a fun, one-of-a-kind experience for families and movie lovers alike.”

Gates will open at 5 p.m., with the film beginning at 6 p.m. The event takes place at Scottsdale Airport, located at 15000 N. Airport Drive. Attendees are advised to enter through the north gate of the main aviation building where signs will direct guests. Free parking is available across from the main aviation building; rideshare options are also encouraged.

No reservations are required for entry. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs for seating and are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items in support of Scottsdale’s Vista del Camino food bank. Pets as well as outside food and beverages are not allowed at the event.

Additional attractions include food trucks, a beer and wine garden, a static plane display, and a fire truck presentation. According to organizers, Scottsdale Airport’s movie night provides an aviation-themed holiday experience in an outdoor setting.
