Representative Michele Peña, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing Legislative District 23, recently shared several updates and statements on her social media account.

On September 9, 2025, Peña invited constituents to learn more about her work by visiting her website. She wrote, “Let’s connect! Learn more about my efforts in Legislative District 23 by visiting my website at https://t.co/bgplqHI6ZQ. #michelepena #AZLeg https://t.co/37e4hXPVRA”.

The following day, on September 10, 2025, Peña responded to news of the assassination of Charlie Kirk. In her post she stated, “We are heartbroken by the vicious assassination of Charlie Kirk. Our prayers are with his family and all he inspired.
His courage and dedication to the next generation will never be forgotten, and we will continue the work he devoted his life to.”

On September 11, 2025, Peña commemorated the anniversary of the September 11 attacks. She posted, “Today, we pause to honor the lives lost, the heroes who emerged, and the strength of a nation that stood united in the face of unimaginable tragedy. #NeverForget https://t.co/zwI8nkvOe7”.

Peña was elected to represent Arizona’s 23rd House District in 2023 after succeeding John Kavanagh.
