The Phoenix Zoo will bring back its annual ZooLights event, offering a special ticket promotion for Salt River Project (SRP) customers. From November 26, 2025, to January 16, 2026, SRP customers can take advantage of a buy one, get one free deal on general admission tickets every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m.

This year’s ZooLights features millions of lights throughout the zoo’s trails and includes a new light show with music. Visitors can also take photos with Santa from November 26 through December 23 for an additional fee and see returning attractions such as Jengo the Giraffe. Seasonal treats like s’mores and hot cocoa will be available.

To redeem the offer, SRP customers must present the coupon found in their November SRP bill insert at the zoo admissions booth or purchase tickets online through the SRP offers page. The discount is only valid on Wednesdays and Thursdays and cannot be combined with other promotions. Photocopies of coupons are not accepted.

According to the announcement, “SRP’s sponsorship of ZooLights is one of many ways the not-for-profit, public power company demonstrates its commitment to supporting the Phoenix Zoo and the community.”

SRP serves about 1.1 million electricity customers in the greater Phoenix area and provides water services to roughly 2.5 million residents across an extensive watershed system.
