The Town of Paradise Valley announced on Mar. 30 a new funding opportunity for community organizations that provide social services to residents and the broader region. The program will award grants in two categories, with applications due by April 30, 2026.
This initiative aims to support projects that address unmet needs in the community, especially those not directly provided by the town itself. By offering financial assistance to local organizations, Paradise Valley seeks to enhance social service delivery while maintaining its commitment to limited government involvement.
The first grant category targets homelessness services across the Phoenix Metro Area. Eligible projects include shelters, transitional housing, outreach programs, food assistance, and other initiatives supporting unhoused individuals. A total of $200,000 is available in this category and may be distributed among multiple qualifying programs.
The second grant category focuses on organizations providing services not currently offered by Paradise Valley. These may include support for older adults, children and youth programs, family assistance initiatives, veteran’s services, or crisis response efforts. Up to $65,000 is available for this group of applicants.
Interested organizations must submit a completed application along with any required documentation by April 30 via email to grants@paradisevalleyaz.gov. Applications should detail the organization’s mission and goals as well as information about clients served and specifics of the proposed program. Award decisions will be made before June 30; recipients are expected to provide quarterly progress reports and service metrics.
