Pamela Carter, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2025 to represent the state’s 4th House District, recently used her social media platform to highlight events and initiatives related to welding education and mental health awareness.
On April 17, Carter invited the public to participate in an event recognizing trade school students, posting: “Please come to Celebrate our Trade Schools! Honoring our students for Welding️ Mesa Community College.. https://t.co/RAgV6qjGF4”.
Later that day, she announced a new facility dedicated to workforce development at Mesa Community College: “New 30,000 sq ft Welding Technology Building for Workforce Development at MCC in honor of Cade Keller, Cade’s Law and our new welding students! Let’s Go️️️ https://t.co/MPcprhjhrr”.
On April 19, Carter reflected on a recent fundraiser aimed at supporting suicide prevention efforts among teens. She wrote: “Had an amazing crowd with Megan Keller and family at the CADES DAY Fundraiser in Arcadia with friends from CA and Arizona to raise awareness for Teen Suicide. Celebrating AZ CADES LAW, and raising finances for the Cade Keller foundation and welding scholarships for students https://t.co/mdEY6odIed”.
Carter succeeded Laura Terech as state representative after her election in 2025. As part of her legislative work, she has been active in supporting educational opportunities and mental health initiatives within her district.
