Pamela Carter, a Republican representing Arizona’s 4th Legislative District in the State House, has made several public appeals and announcements regarding her reelection campaign and legislative initiatives through social media posts.
On March 11, 2026, Carter called for support from constituents to help her qualify for the ballot in the upcoming election cycle. She stated, “I need YOUR signature to get on the ballot — and time is running out. To run for reelection in 2026, Arizona law requires candidates to collect signatures from registered voters in their district. If you live in Legislative District 4 — that’s north Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise”.
The following day, March 12, Carter highlighted her recent legislative record as context for potential supporters. She wrote: “Before you sign, let me remind you what you’re signing for.
Passed a vehicle license tax exemption for deployed military — because a constituent asked and we listened
Championed nuclear energy to power Arizona’s future
Voted NO on the corporate-backed Axon bill to”.
On March 13, Carter announced the introduction of new legislation focused on student safety. In her post she said: “Our children deserve protection — both online and off.
I’m proud to introduce HB 2665, known as ‘Cade’s Law: If You See Something, Say Something.’
This bill is named for Cade Keller, a talented 16-year-old welding student at Mesa Community College who tragically took his own life”.
Carter was elected to represent Arizona’s 4th House District in 2025 after succeeding Laura Terech. The district includes areas such as north Phoenix and Scottsdale.
