Pamela Carter, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2025 representing the state’s 4th House District, shared updates on legislative activities and policy priorities through a series of posts on her social media account.
On January 13, 2026, Carter posted about the start of the legislative session: “Opening day at the Arizona House Legislature with my awesome team of Prayer Warriors for Jesus and Arizona! Lets Go!!”
Two days later, on January 14, 2026, she announced new legislation related to consumer protection: “LEMONS, HB 2323 will now be covered by Arizona Law! First bill of the session is a bill given to me by a constituent’s vehicle leased through a dealership. Arizona is only one of the few states in the US with no Lemon Law warranties for leased vehicles! “
On January 16, 2026, Carter highlighted her support for tax relief measures: “Arizona Tax Relief. I voted YES to let Arizonans keep their hard earned money. This will help single mothers who have to work to support their children with childcare, our service workers with no tax on tips and seniors! Urge Governor Hobbs to sign! Citizens of Arizona first!”
Carter succeeded Laura Terech as representative for District 4 after her election in 2025.
