Matchmaking Collective, a collaboration between Karen Monique and Marnie Zang Katularu, announced on May 2 the official launch of its new matchmaking service aimed at individuals seeking intentional and long-term relationships.
The initiative is significant as it introduces a dual-lens approach that combines curated introductions with clinical relationship expertise. This model seeks to provide an alternative for those who have moved beyond traditional dating methods.
Monique said, “This isn’t just a collaboration—it’s a recalibration of the industry. We’ve created a model where introductions are not only curated, but deeply aligned with who someone is and what they’re truly seeking.” She leads the curation process, focusing on aligning connections with clients’ visions and compatibility. Katularu brings her background as a licensed psychotherapist trained in the Gottman Method into the partnership. “Attraction creates momentum, but compatibility creates longevity,” Katularu said. “Our role is to guide clients toward both.”
The Matchmaking Collective offers access to a private nationwide network of vetted individuals, hand-selected matches guided by intuition and psychological insight, evidence-based relationship coaching, and tiered membership options from general access to concierge-level services.
Rooted in Arizona and expanding into major metropolitan markets, Matchmaking Collective positions itself for discerning singles ready for more intentional partnerships. The launch comes amid broader shifts in how people seek relationships.
