Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, Arizona, is set to welcome several new retailers in 2026 as part of its ongoing leasing expansion. The shopping center will add Kiehl’s Since 1851, Warby Parker, and Beyond Yoga to its lineup this year. EVEREVE will also relocate within the center, nearly doubling its current space.

Kiehl’s Since 1851, a skincare brand with a long history and focus on science-based products, is scheduled to open in the second quarter of the year. Warby Parker, known for its eyewear and direct-to-consumer approach, plans to open in early summer. Beyond Yoga, an activewear company based in Los Angeles and noted for inclusive sizing, will debut in Scottsdale this fall as a first-to-market retailer.

Construction has started on EVEREVE’s new location at Kierland Commons. The retailer originally opened at the center in 2019 and is expanding to meet increased customer demand.

The announcement follows strong performance at Kierland Commons during 2025. Last year saw the arrival of La La Land Kind Café, Saatva, Paradise Grills, and Aritzia. More retail openings are expected later this year.

Kierland Commons is part of Macerich’s portfolio of retail properties across the United States. The open-air center features more than 80 specialty stores, restaurants, offices—including Industrious shared workspace—and luxury condominiums at The Plaza Lofts.

Additional new retailers are set to be announced later this year.”
