Justin Walseth, Chief Growth Officer at First International Bank & Trust (FIBT), has been named a Financial Services Leader of the Year by AZ Business magazine. The award is part of the 2025 Excellence in Banking Awards, which recognize individuals and institutions contributing to Arizona’s business community.
Walseth began his career with FIBT in 2005 and has held several leadership positions, including Director of Mortgage and Chief Retail Banking Officer. In his current role as Chief Growth Officer, he has led initiatives aimed at modernizing the bank’s services.
