HonorHealth has opened a new healthcare facility, HonorHealth Complete Care – Lake Pleasant, in Peoria. The center combines a full-service emergency room and urgent care under one roof at 25550 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on January 5, with the facility opening to patients on January 6.
The 12,172 square-foot facility was developed in partnership with Dallas-based Intuitive Health and includes on-site X-ray, CT, and laboratory testing services. This combined model aims to provide patients with convenient access to both emergency and urgent care without having to choose between the two.
“The Complete Care model removes the guesswork from an already stressful moment,” said Todd LaPorte, CEO of HonorHealth. “Peoria residents didn’t have a local emergency department until today; by bringing emergency and urgent care together in one place, patients get the right level of care quickly and are only billed for the care they truly need.”
As Peoria and the Northwest Valley experience rapid population growth, there is an increasing demand for expanded healthcare services. The new facility is expected to help meet these needs by improving access across different levels of care.

HonorHealth Complete Care – Lake Pleasant will operate 24 hours a day throughout the week. Board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners will staff the center. Urgent care services are available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., while emergency room services are available at all times.
