Germany Johnson has become the youngest Team Leader and CEO in Keller Williams International at age 24, according to an announcement from Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living – Scottsdale. Johnson, a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, now leads one of more than 1,000 Keller Williams office locations worldwide.
Johnson took on the Interim Team Leader position in August and has overseen significant changes for the Market Center. These include moving into a new office space and holding a Grand Opening event in partnership with the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. A newly structured Board of Directors was also put in place to guide long-term governance and vision.
Under Johnson’s leadership, two new divisions—Land and Young Professionals—were launched. The office’s Luxury platform was relaunched as well. The Market Center is working toward achieving an official luxury designation, which would make it one of only seven Keller Williams offices internationally with a “Certified” Luxury distinction.
With support from the Board, Johnson’s team is rebranding KWYP Phoenix as Keller Williams Young Professionals Arizona. This statewide expansion aims to develop and retain emerging talent across the organization.
When asked about her rapid progress over four months, Johnson said, “I walked in ready to serve—and that is exactly what I promised my team I would do. Our 158 agents are who made this possible. Our Board of Directors—Andrea Garcia, Austin Bloom, Eydi Nickola, Kimberly Banks, Mark Captain, Sharon Coffini, and Taylor Tucker—are who made this possible. Our Commercial Director, Daniel McClure, and our Land Director, Eric Fox—this is because of them. These agents have been serving this community for more than 20 years. My responsibility is to support them at the highest level, the same way they show up every day for their clients.” She added: “It’s no secret the real estate industry is unpredictable. As agents, we don’t control the market—but we do control the leadership we provide, the opportunities we create, and the level of service we deliver. At Keller Williams Scottsdale, that isn’t an aspiration—it’s the standard. This is just the beginning.”
Johnson leads her brokerage in a competitive luxury real estate market where most agents are over age 55—a point noted as both a company milestone and a shift in industry norms.
“This achievement is bigger than a title,” said Johnson. “It represents what’s possible when driven young professionals are given a seat at the table. Keller Williams—and the leadership and belief of our ownership group, William Hawking, Ryan Krostue, Edgar Rascon, and Alex Fajardo—provided me, as a young professional, with an opportunity for growth, leadership, and true entrepreneurship that most people my age are never exposed to.”
Johnson continues to focus on agent performance through innovation and mentorship while seeking ways to share her experience with other aspiring professionals.
“While nearly 90% of millionaires invest in real estate, wealth-building and real estate education are not core subjects taught in our primary education system,” she said. “For young professionals like me to become knowledgeable in the tools that create real generational wealth we have to choose this industry—we have to seek it out. My mission is to empower more young professionals to do exactly that: to step into real estate not just as a career but as a vehicle for leadership ownership and long-term impact.”
Johnson remains committed to expanding Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living’s influence throughout Arizona.
