A selection of 1960s Chevrolet Corvettes and specialty vehicles from the Albert La Canne Collection will be featured at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, from January 17 to 25, 2026. The event will take place at WestWorld of Scottsdale and is part of Barrett-Jackson’s annual collector car auction.
Among the highlights are several restored Corvettes, including a custom 1962 convertible built on an Art Morrison chassis with modern performance upgrades and a 1967 coupe that underwent a full restoration. Both vehicles are powered by LS3 engines and equipped with advanced transmissions. The collection also includes a red 1963 Corvette custom convertible featuring a lowered ride height and independent rear suspension.
Two notable examples from the collection are the black and silver 1963 Corvette Split-Window Fuelies, each powered by original matching-numbers L84 engines. These models represent one-year-only body styles and have undergone various restorations, such as new seals, rechromed bumpers, factory wheels, and whitewall tires.
Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson, commented on the collection: “The Albert La Canne Collection underscores a deep appreciation for American performance. Every vehicle consigned was personally selected by the owner, giving us insight into his commitment to quality Corvettes. The 1962 convertible (preview) and a 1967 coupe (preview) are perfect examples of the commitment to excellence he invested in his restorations. Every vehicle from this impressive collection will cross the block with No Reserve, giving our bidders the exclusive opportunity to own an incredibly well-maintained vehicle.”
Specialty vehicles include a custom-built Lincoln Continental Mark IV modeled after the Batmobile from the “Batman” TV series of the 1960s. Also available is an officially licensed Eleanor Tribute Edition Ford Mustang inspired by “Gone in 60 Seconds,” complete with certification paperwork and build documentation.
Steve Davis, president of Barrett-Jackson said: “The 1960s Corvettes in the Albert La Canne Collection are absolutely stunning. For GM enthusiasts, this collection is a rare find. It features several remarkably restored and maintained Corvettes from the golden era of American muscle. The collection also includes two pop culture gems, including a 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition (preview) and a Lincoln Continental Mark IV (preview) built to resemble the original ‘Batmobile.’ Either would be a highlight of any collection.”
Other cars offered include a restored two-tone green 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible with its original V8 engine; a red-and-white one-year-only body style 1959 Chevrolet Impala convertible known for its distinctive tailfins; and a modern high-performance Corvette ZR1 convertible equipped with track-oriented features.
In addition to vehicle auctions, attendees can purchase tickets online for general admission or VIP hospitality packages through AXS. Children aged twelve or younger receive free entry when accompanied by an adult while students thirteen through college age can attend for $10 per ticket; adult prices start at $27.
A live concert featuring Cole Swindell as headliner—with Chase Rice opening—will take place on January 16 as part of auction week events at WestWorld.
