On Sunday, Feb. 22, Aila Kaibara, a standout alum of Phoenix Country Day High School, saw action as the NYU Violets secured a 57-52 victory over the Chicago Maroons.
The 5-foot-9 freshman guard chipped in 6 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists while logging 20 minutes.
Kaibara and the Violets are set to host the Brandeis Judges on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m.
