On Saturday, Feb. 28, Aila Kaibara, a former Phoenix Country Day High School basketball standout, took the court in the NYU Violets’ 80-58 triumph over the Brandeis Judges.
The 5-foot-9 freshman guard tallied 13 points, four assists and three rebounds while logging 22 minutes of playing time.
